Welcome to Barton & Co. We are an independent, family run, local estate agency. Our office is situated in a prominent high street location on Plumstead Road, Norwich. From this office we market residential properties for sale and to let, and undertake property management throughout all of Norwich and Norfolk.

We are an agency that has grown slowly to ensure we maintain the service levels people were accustomed to. Ollie Rule set the business up in December 2015. Ollie started as a negotiator and worked his way up to Sales manager working for the two largest agents in Norwich. But felt that the service on offer from the majority of agents was one whereby the customer was just a ‘number’ and not a person. We truly believe behind every property there is a story and history. This is why every property sale and let is unique. It certainly is not a ‘one size fits all’ sort of Estate agency you will deal with if you trusted us to sell or rent your property. We have recently outgrown our previous office in Hellesdon and relocated to our Plumstead Road, Norwich office.
