Unique Lock Out Agreement
We want to end gazumping/gazundering which is
why we offer a lock-out agreement. Buyers and sellers
place 1% of the purchase price in a deposit contract,
providing peace of mind to both parties and ensuring
the offer progresses to completion.

First-time Buyers’ Clinic
Our FTB Clinic allows new buyers an
opportunity to come into our office and ask our team
any questions they might have – from which mortgage
is best for them, to whether or not the property has
any troublesome neighbours! Anyone popping down
to the FTB clinic on Saturdays is offered an incentive of
£500 off their stamp duty.
