Our founder Harry Wilson started out in rentals as a real estate broker learning from some of the greats in the fiercely competitive market of Manhattan, NYC. Going on to work in investment management before coming back to his hometown of Stoke on Trent to invest in properties locally. upon arrival, the differences in caliber of agent was as clear as black and white, in a market dominated by agents relying on outdated models lacking personalisation, creativity and followthrough, we found agent’s in Stoke on Trent from both large franchises and local companies turned up for showings on average 7 minutes late, worse yet upon arrival knowing nothing about the property in question other than the text in the advertisement, many without keys or even turning up at all!

Upon seeing this problem we decided that we could make a difference.
