Zahid came out to value the property, took photos immediately, and had it advertised within 24 hours. We had tenants viewing the property in the same week, so the whole process moved quickly and professionally. They found me a tenant who has been reliable, pays the rent on time, and looks after the property properly. In fact, the same tenant has now been there for 4 years, which says a lot. I receive regular inspection reports and videos, so I always know what is going on with my property. Their fees are fair, but more importantly, they really know what they are doing when it comes to compliance, which was a major concern for me. Naeem, who manages my tenancy, is always quick to respond and very helpful whenever I need support. As a first-time landlord, I had a lot of questions, but they made everything easy to understand and guided me through the process clearly. I would happily recommend Abbey Property to any landlord, especially anyone who wants a reliable agent who moves quickly, communicates well, understands compliance, and gives you confidence that your property is in safe hands.
