Shaun really made the buying process a joyful experience, which is exactly how you want to feel when purchasing a property. Shaun was very communicative through-out the buying process, we always knew where we were and timescales associated with the process. We have been supported and looked after throughout and Shaun has gone above and beyond expectation at every stage. Shaun doesn't just list houses - he sells them - and then he makes it his business to see them successfully through to a satisfactory completion. Cannot recommend the Open Door Service more highly. He handled the 4 person chain effortlessly and was always on the phone if you ever needed him. He was very open and honest through the whole process and would not hesitate in recommending him.
