Alexander Jacob Estate Agents & Company are an independently owned estate agents offering expert local knowledge for sales & rental properties throughout DN22 also covering surrounding towns and villages.

We pride ourselves on our personal approach and communication with our clients. We offer FREE viewings and can also accommodate out of hours viewings at no cost. All our properties are listed on the major website portals including rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market and Prime Location. We are a true NO SALE - NO FEE estate agents simply meaning if we don't sell your property we don't charge you a penny! All of the marketing including floorplans, colour brochure, photos and window display are all fee of charge. Where applicable we can offer drone photos of your property and land at no cost to you.

We only charge a one percent selling fee plus VAT and should we not sell your property there is no fee to pay at all.
