When I moved the flat from previous management Udi Immediately started dealing with plenty maintenance issues that have been neglected for years. The tenants were then extremely happy to renew their tenancy for much higher rent. The property is well looked after and I don't need to chase anything. Ever since I moved my properties under their management the properties are well maintained and the tenants stay for much longer which saves me many costs. I also save a lot on the ongoing management costs and Udi really takes care of everything with the the highest level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend! Mike G
