Annafield Estates was born in late 2019 when James Gough and Colin Chapman started the Lettings department of the group from an office on New Street, in the heart of St.Neots. Both have decades of experience within the property industry, including residential sales, lettings, developing new homes and refurbishment of resale property. It soon became very apparent that the clients they were dealing with, also required a good estate agent and one they could trust to do the job properly.
Annafield Estate agents was born!! Duncan Young joined the duo in December 2019 and with his wealth of experience within the property industry of over 23 years, they opened our High Street branch in Buckden, closely followed by our High Street branch in St.Neots, overlooking the Market Square. In 2021, we opened our third branch in Huntingdon, situated on the High Street. With this winning team and enthusiasm in the bucket loads, Annafield Estates have gone from strength to strength over the past year or so and despite the difficult times in 2020, managed to help lot’s of local families achieve their moving goals.

The team needed to grow quickly, with the amount of customers calling on our expertise and we have been very lucky to take on board some brilliant additions to the Annafield Family. We now have a team of 11 staff with loads of experience in their own sectors of the company and some great youngsters, to bring down the average age of the oldies!
