Michael Firmin has been an estate agent for over 25 years, initially gaining experience in the North London area with a corporate estate agent. From a junior position he climbed through the ranks to Area Sales Director level, controlling up to twelve branch offices. The decision to go it alone was taken in 1993 with the opening of 105 - 109 Green Lanes, Palmers Green, London, N13.

Sales Manager, Brian Cardozo, has over 20 years experience in the North London area. He joined Brien Firmin at it’s inception in 1993, and through his high standards of customer care has helped build a business based on recommendations from satisfied clients.

Between them Michael and Brian look after the Lettings and Property Management Department including sales staff and a dedicated team of management administrators. They have built a Lettings Department which offers a level of customer service second to none and acts for over 150 Landlords in the British Isles and abroad, many of whom have remained loyal to the company for over 15 years.
