Cheshire Lamont is a thriving independent Estate Agency based in Nantwich and more recently Tarporley owned and run by David Cheshire and Neil Lamont. The Company was founded in 1967 by Neil’s father Andrew who traded from premises in Hospital Street, Nantwich.

In 2001 David joined Neil in partnership and brought his name to the Company having previously worked with Neil and his father from 1989 – 1993.

Neil specialises in development opportunities and commercial property (Lamont Commercial) whereas David devotes his time to the residential side (Cheshire Lamont) and has from a strong base in Nantwich grown the Company by investing in technology, marketing and most importantly staff so much so that despite the current economic climate Cheshire Lamont opened a second office at Tarporley in April 2010 where David’s family have strong connections having lived there for over 40 years.

The Company has a reputation for selling a varied portfolio of property from Grade II listed country houses to contemporary 2 bedroomed apartments.
