September 2018 After a bad experience with another agent, Michael gave me professional and helpful advice, quickly put my house on the market with all the details I had hoped for and got a sale within 24 hours. He understood what I was looking for in a buyer and found it for me. Then continued to keep me informed of the progress and there was no delay. September 2018 Simple and strait forward transaction for the Agent (Michael O'Sullivan), Seller and ourselves as buyers. We viewed the property offered the full asking price on second viewing (day after) which was accepted. Everything else went through seemlessly and reasonably quickly. Michael facilitated our viewings and kept us in the loop although we did liaise directly with the seller's on a regular basis to fine tune things. Moreover the sale was for the asking price and no quibbles down the line. And the new owners are great people too (apparently - I didn't meet them). It's hard to think of a better experience: photos were great, Michael handled all the viewings in my absence with no fuss, just letting me know when they were taking place, and kept an eye on the place while I was away.
