Welcome to our estate agency office in Ottershaw. We specialise residential properties for sale in Ottershaw, Row Town Chertsey, Chobham, Lyne and surrounding villages.

Curchods is the oldest estate agent in Ottershaw and is run by branch manager & partner, Jonathan Rhodes Smith, who comments: “I started in estate agency in 1987 in Egham and went on to work in towns such as Surbiton, Twickenham and Kingston before moving to Woking in 1996, joining Curchods in 2009. At the end of 2014, I transferred to our Guildford office to take up the reins there.” After several successful years in Guildford, Jonathan moved to his current position in our Ottershaw branch – his ethos has always been to provide clients with accurate, realistic and sensible advice during the home-moving process. Jonathan is married to Amanda who has previously worked at our New Haw office, plays piano for various music societies & functions and supports Reading FC.
