Welcome to our estate agency office in Woking. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Woking, GU21 and the surrounding villages.

Our Woking office occupies 2 units on the busiest thoroughfare through the town, on the corner of Victoria Way and Goldsworth Road. After forging a successful career in the South West London property market, Lee returned to his home town some 15 years ago and has furthered his career to this day as Partner of our award winning Woking office. During this time he has developed an intimate understanding of the marketplace allowing him to give honest, accurate meaningful advice to his extensive client base many of which have become repeat customers over the years. Aside from a genuine love of property, Lee is a fan of live sport, and while his playing days may now be few, he can still be seen turning out for his local veteran’s football club on rare occasions.

Supporting Lee is our Instruction Manager, Justin Acheson MNAEA. Justin started working in estate agency in the late 1980’s and has lived locally all his life, as such, he is well placed to give you accurate, realistic advice on the value of your property. For those of you who remember Richard Snape – he is still with the company, in the position of Partner in our Land department.
