His approach to the valuation was sympathetic, transparent and professional, creating a rapport that endured throughout the sale process. His friendly demeanour and enthusiasm made every contact a pleasure, and this approach was mirrored by everyone on his team. Viewings were well organised and always accompanied by a member of David's staff, giving us peace of mind that the house was presented in a positive light. Feedback from potential buyers was passed on without delay, allowing decisions to be made with all the facts at our fingertips. The faultless service provided by David ensured an excellent result, my only regret being that I no longer have an excuse to speak with him!
