We are a family owned and run, totally independent agent, open to the public for the first time in January 2009.

Our enthusiastic team is dedicated to providing a service that is friendly, personal and professional. I have an enormous amount of experience, working at The Clock House selling homes since 1978. In fact, over the years, I have dealt with literally thousands of sales covering North Somerset and Somerset, including the Wrington Vale, the Yeo Valley, the Chew Valley and The Mendips. I have lived in the area all my life and bring with me a wealth of knowledge of the property market in this area which simply cannot be challenged by any other estate agent, and which has contributed to our expansion since 2009, when we opened.

Ben FortuneOur team (larger than any other agent in the area) includes Ben Fortune (right), my son, who also has years of experience, working for a national firm of estate agents and then with me in CJ Hole and subsequently Humberts, finally becoming the manager of their flagship office in Portishead. Ben was brought up in Wrington and Congresbury so knows the area like the back of his hand.

Mark Hayward, a sales professional of many years, runs our sales progression department and manages lettings. Jo Woolley is our office manager and Joanna Tiley is our sales manager. Our sales team includes Sarah Burchill, our sales administrator, and negotiators Joanna Pallant, Ally Jones, Carol Tratt and Liam Barnett. Rebecca Millard is our trainee negotiator and Scott Higgins is our new apprentice.
