DIRECTORS
Howard Green – Co Director

Howard, who still lives in Waltham Abbey, started out in the property market in Islington in 1980.

Working for Normans estate agents, in their residential sales team and then auction team (auctioneer in the London auction mart).

In December 1987, he started out as Howard Green Property Consultant, which developed into Duncan Phillips estate agents in 1990.

Duncan Phillips Estate Agents began life in Northumberland Park N17, he then moved to Arlingham Mews Waltham abbey in 1996, then 1998 into Sun Street, Waltham Abbey.

Howard’s son, Ben is a professional racing driver, (sponsored by amongst others Duncan Phillips), who’s race cars have featured in the past on the estate agents’ boards.

Duncan Phillips are supporters of many local charities. Howard continues to be a trustee to some.

Duncan Phillips have been entrees of the Waltham Abbey carnival of light every year since its inception.

Howard mentors school children at both King Harold Academy and Debden Park high school, where he carries out annual mock interviews for the pupils.

Howard mother was Norma Green OBE, a local town and district councillor and mayor of Waltham Abbey.

Ian Liborwich – Co Director

Ian has had a distinguished career spanning many facets including retail (where he owned 12 s-tores selling the leading brands in ladies’ underwear), also owned a mail order and a manufacturing company employing over 100 staff.

He got into the property world in 2000 and has sold property in the UK, Spain, and Dubai where he helped set up Gulf Sotheby’s International Realty and through this he has a big connection of overseas clients and investors.

Whilst now based back in the UK, he has started looking after clients who wish to invest in residential or commercial assets including hotels, student accommodation and JV structures.

Ian joined the board of directors in 2020.

Glenn Cohen – Co Director

Experienced CEO and founder of Residential & Commercial property companies including Asset Management & Property Development.

At the tender age of just 19 Glenn founded one of East London’s leading multi-disciplined Property Agency’s. He has since become an experienced Director & CEO of Residential & Commercial Property Organisations including Asset Management, Property Development & Property Fund Management.

His business achievements were featured in the “Who’s Who Property Entrepreneurs” business directory for property industry based achievements and he has featured in many National Press Releases & Radio programmes offering his knowledge on the UK Housing Market and conditions.

Glenn’s services have also been adopted on a consultancy basis in local government advising London Boroughs on Regeneration Programmes and Inward Business Investment Initiatives from UK companies and International Corporations.

He is also an active member of the Institute of Directors & Chambers of Commerce.

Posted. September 2021 Ian was very helpful throughout what was an extremely frustrating moving process, caused by the solicitors. He was always on the end of the phone and was friendly and clear about the process throughout. Couldn’t recommend any higher!
