November 2021 Parisa at Harbour was not only a well experienced property manager but a pleasure to work with on the management of my rental property in Pontyclun. Trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and kind. Would highly recommend them to take the admin and annoyance out of managing it all yourself. Alex Osman Posted. November 2021 I have been using Harbour Properties for a while now and can not recommend them enough. The way they handle any questions and offer advice is excellent. I have a few apartments that are handled by Harbour Properties. They always notify me of tenant renewal contracts, keep my updated if we need to do checks, happy to find me professional tenants with good credit checks and are always glad to help. Parisa is such an asset to the company and I always feel there is nothing that can not be asked or queried.
