So... how do we sell your property?

We market each property to such a wide audience that we receive enquiries on a daily basis from all parts of the UK and indeed abroad! We understand that Haywards Heath (and surrounding villages) is an excellent commuter town and therefore we target the London market as well as the South Coast. Many of our enquiries in fact come from these areas and subsequently we have managed to find our current Vendors and Landlords many potential buyers/tenants.

Websites
We are firm believers that the Internet is a wonderful tool that should be utilised to the max. It’s been proven (somewhere!) that the Internet is the most effective tool for introducing buyers and tenants to properties. It is with this in mind that we make sure each property appears on a maximum of 13 property websites including, of course, Rightmove.

Newspaper Advertising
Whilst a number of people use the Internet to find their new home, we understand that many people like to browse the property section of the local newspaper. We advertise our portfolio of properties in The Leader. We chose the Leader because it’s delivered, free of charge, throughout Sussex. With its circulation of approximately 36,000 homes, we make sure that your property cannot be missed.

Property Brochures
High quality, satin finished, A3 brochures are produced for each sales property within a few hours of instruction. We concentrate completely on what any prospective buyer or tenant will be looking for when browsing each property brochure. With this in mind we ensure each brochure has a large number of full colour photographs. We also provide a FREE floor plan for each property. We feel this is very important as it provides a greater understanding of the property.

In House Marketing
As soon as we are instructed to sell or let a property we ensure that all applicants are contacted immediately by their preferred choice of communication. An email is sent or a phone call is made to all applicants that match the criteria of the relevant new instruction, with a view to arranging a viewing of the property.

Once this is complete we make sure that every new applicant is also introduced to each property that matches his or her requirements.

Taking all of the above into consideration we feel we provide the best opportunity for you to sell or let your property.

Without their guidance and advice I would probably be without a sale even now. I would strongly recommend HOLROYD to all of my friends and family.
