When you become a client of ours, you have access to our landlords-on-line software, which takes it’s information about your properties and your rental account, directly from our own in house software that the staff use in the office, in real time! So you can view any info with regards to the following;

Access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Current Balance - check if your tenant has paid the rent
Previous Statements - print off a copy of a previous rent statement
Property Information - check the information we hold relating to your properties including up-to-date tenancy details, gas safety check dates etc.
Your Details - check we have your correct contact details and make amendments online if required
Online Messaging - read messages direct from our management department and send messages to the management department
