Kings Group are proud to announce the opening of their latest office within the picturesque Waltham Abbey. The office is owned and managed by franchisee Steven Celimon and his team bringing over 23 years of experience to the area. The location was chosen, as out of the 14 Kings Group offices at least 5 of those would have vendors, migrating to this area, hence being able to offer a one stop shop making the moving experience all the more stress free. Kings Group are not only excited about opening in Waltham Abbey and becoming part of the community but have made a conscious commitment to where ever possible , employ local tradesmen and staff. At Kings Group , we felt that it was important to also demonstrate this commitment by supporting from day one a local charity . After researching this subject we chose to sponsor Joni at Blossom ASD. When it came to the design of our office. we were conscious of the fact that The Abbey was a market town so we focussed on definite goals for the office ; 1.to keep it simple,2.to be in keeping with the look of surrounding shops and 3.ensuring it was bright and inviting. The shop premises had been empty for a number of years so we decided to go with a splash of colour for the aptly named Sun Street. The interior has been purposely designed to have a spacious seating area at the front for the general public, thus making it inviting for clients who want to discuss their property needs. We look forward to welcoming you in the future for your sales, mortgages letting advice or just a general chit chat about the property market . Hopefully you like it ?
