Lawson Rutter is a privately owned company whose directors are myself and Alex Bartlett who, between us have 30 years experience in West London Estate Agency.

We retain a huge enthusiasm for the profession and have a very active and "hands on" day to day role including dealing with clients and the training and overseeing of all staff who are carefully chosen to endorse and embrace our beliefs.

The ethos of the company is to genuinely deliver what other agents promise; namely sound expert advice and a strong work ethic on behalf of clients. We're not here to merely trot out platitudes and tell people what they want to hear. We commit ourselves to give sensible, objective views to ensure that our clients maximise their position and the process is as painless as possible.

The success to this business is not complex. It's just the amalgamation of treating people professionally and with respect whilst embracing modern technology to the advantage of our clients.

We don't always get it right but when things go awry both Alex and I are readily available to deal with any concerns and find a reasonable solution.
