We found him very approachable, and the confidence we felt in him was certainly justified. Before our property was actually on the market, he found a buyer (at the asking-price), and all went smoothly. August 2017 Martin Jacobs chased any part of the chain that caused potential problems and succeeded in solving at least one that may have lost the sale. He also kept both myself and the buyer up to date with progress (or lack of it) daily as timescales became critical, and eventually contracts were exchanged, without his input I doubt it would have happened.
