Open House went above and beyond, from a home visit on a Sunday, to responding to questions in the evenings, the service they provided was second to none, and I've been involved in several transactions over the last couple of years (unfortunately not with Open House), so I know. Very reasonably priced compared to other estate agents in Burton. I honestly believe that only Sam could have achieved the price he did on our property and in such a short space of time. Completely satisfied with the service they provided from start to finish. Sammy, the agent, is amazing. So helpful in all aspects of the sale and purchase of my properties. April 2023 Sammy and Sarah have been absolutely outstanding with regards to the valuation, preparation for sale, support for us as first time sellers and also going above and beyond with guidance as to finding our next property. They have shown excellent knowledge of the area and price point and we had sold within 24 hours of going on the market due to the fabulous photos, 360 tour and great personalised description of our house.
