Your Agent Rob Gates has lived in the area for more years than he wants to admit too and absolutely loves it! He has run several local businesses here and considers it a ‘hidden Gem’. He brought up his young family with his children attending local schools. He knows the people and all the neighbourhoods’ inside-out, and can help you select the best one for your family’s needs and so is ideally placed to Sell or Rent your property.

Working in Retail for years, running DIY stores Petrol stations and Garden Centres he has always dealt with people, getting to know what they want and helping them get it.

He has always had a passion for property however. Buying, Selling, refurbishing and renting several properties in the area. Whilst doing this he obviously came across several letting and estate agents and had three basic requirements of them.
