THE EARLY YEARS

The Bannister family have been involved in the property industry since 1963 with Philip joining his fathers firm in 1973.

Philip Bannister & Co was formed by the Directors, Philip and Mo Bannister in late 1998. The business started from modest beginnings, armed with little more than a computer, a desk in the spare bedroom, and an unwavering determination to continue the family success.

The Agency very quickly grew with the opening of its first office in April 1999. It proudly opened its second office in January 2003.

THE BUSINESS TODAY

Fast forward a few more years and Philip Bannister & Co has been through two re-brands to keep ahead of the times. The newly refurbished innovative offices are fitted with the latest technologies allowing the company's fantastic team to deal with all aspects of agency work.

The company has come a long way from the spare bedroom, but the identity, ethos and passion remains unchanged.
