Red Hot Property provides the highest quality service on all sales and lettings

Established in April 2007, Red Hot Property was created to provide a fresh and alternative approach to the traditional high street method of estate agency and a more effective platform to meet the demands of buyers and sellers who were looking for a more accessible solution.

The ambition was to deliver an unrivalled service supported by a comprehensive and innovative range of marketing resources – specifically those resources that were both efficient and effective for clients.

The ‘Red Hot Approach’ proved incredibly popular and caused immediate growth, with a large proportion of new business coming via word of mouth and recommendation. In August 2008 RHP merged with County Homes, bringing the same dynamic purpose to Hexham. By 2009 RHP were market leaders, dominating the sale of residential properties in the Tyne Valley and bringing referrals from far and wide – including places such as Harrogate, Northampton, Liverpool and Kent.

The success of RHP drew much attention and consecutive industry awards for excellence. These achievements further fuelled a desire for constant improvement and growth for the benefit of our clients and resulted in further office openings and eventually the merger into the Castledene Group of companies.
