Established in 1983 by John Scott and Steven Maddison, Scott Maddison is now widely acknowledged as the leading completely independent sales and letting agency in the Halstead, Hedinghams and Colnes area. John and Steve continue to run the business on a daily basis ably assisted by Associate Partner Kevin Mixture who has been with the firm since 1998.

Scott Maddison are committed to selling, letting and managing property seven days a week and are open on Sundays and all Bank Holidays except Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Office hours are 9 to 6 Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 on Saturdays and 10 until 3 on Sundays and Bank Holidays. We are however usually available to clients in the office well beyond these hours.

Scott Maddison traditionally carry the largest selection of property for sale in the area by virtue of both the tremendous volume of return and recommended business and our long-standing reputation as the agents of choice of both local and national property developers.

At least one of the vastly experienced and knowledgable partners is available in the Scott Maddison office from Monday to Saturday to ensure that buyers, sellers and rental clients have access to sound, expert local advice at all times.
