Our Signature Ethos is based on the concept of making dreams come true for our clients. When we opened our first office in Watford in 2012, the board of directors believed in this simple yet meaningful vision.

The Signature team have all been individually handpicked for their skills, attributes in their respective fields and knowledge. With our entire team totalling over one hundred years of combined experience, this is the fundamental core of our organisation and the key to our success.

Our direction and the reason we are where we are today is due to the leadership and guidance of the directors and co-owners of Signature Estates, Mr Craig Chesson and Mr Lee Goddard. They both come from the world of corporate agency and Craig started his career in the financial services sector, with over fourty years of combined agency experience between them they hold a wealth of knowledge and are at the helm of the Signature fleet.

Every advert that passes through is subject to a very strict and detailed process consisting of professional property photography as well as bespoke HD video tours.
