Your attention to detail, communication skills and professionalism can only be described as outstanding and far exceeded our expectations; you are amazing. We found your attentive, informative and personal business style to be exceptional and, uniquely, all of the other people involved in both our sale and purchase have commended you as well. It was very reassuring to deal with the same friendly person throughout the whole process and made the whole experience far less traumatic because we knew you were controlling the whole chain. We tried mainstream High Street agents and definitely sold with the best. We can’t thank you enough and definitely recommend Surrey Abodes to anyone and everyone. Katie Morgan Posted. The process started with a home consultation with Jennifer, where we had a long conversation about the sale process and the step by step items that we required to have for the initial introduction to the market. Having little experience in the field of “moving” it was so refreshing to be able to ask questions without any judgement or impatience. We loved the fact that as a small business they essentially vet the interest in our house, to ensure the interested parties are also in good positions. We really appreciated this, as it just felt like proper due diligence was made to try and risk manage a future sale. I really loved the fact that Surrey Abodes has a cap of how many clients they have in the sale process at any one time, ensuring no one is spread too thinly and able to dedicate their time and giving a more bespoke feel to the whole experience. I think regardless of having an amazing agent, moving is a stressful life hurdle, and honestly, having been in a chain, we were able to see from the other agents in that chain, just how lucky we were in having Surrey Abodes. Honestly, I cannot speak more highly for Jennifer and Clare, they truly are stars in their field and I implore you to consider them when moving house, over the likes of other franchise agents of the area. I’ve been told by my own friends and colleagues that it is rare to have an estate agent that you can 1) trust and 2) genuinely like, Surrey Abodes is both, thank you again, you guys are great.
