Hello my name is James Tassi and my wife and I (Emma) are the owners of Tassi Sales and Lettings Ltd. Together we decided to start our own Sales and Letting Agency as we were tired of receiving poor service from the Agents we used to either ‘Sell’ or ‘Manage’ our properties from our own personal portfolio. For years we experienced poor communication and feedback from viewings (if any), excessively long period for obtaining a purchaser, large void periods for tenancies, poor inventories, basic tenancies, damaged properties, hefty repair bills and delays in payments after the tenants had paid. Does any of this sound familiar?

After discussing these issues with many other property owners we knew, it became apparent that this was a common theme and not one owner or landlord we spoke with, was willing to recommend an Estate or Letting Agent, where they had received a positive experience.
