Posted. September 2022 Ok where do I start David Pratt is the nicest estate agent I have ever met. We have bought many houses so I don’t say that likely, we moved to oxfordshire David went out out of his way to help us. And helped us sell too.nothing is too much trouble. I have recommended him to other people too.in the future if I was selling my property in the future no hesitation I would go to David he is an asset to Thomas merryfield
